• A Harpers Health Screening Questionnaire must be completed before commencing your trial (available from the Sales Advisor at your chosen site)

• The two week Guest Membership entitles the holder to use the Harpers Fitness Gym, Fitness Classes and Swimming pool at their chosen club free of charge,
• Only one voucher can be used per person.
• The voucher must be used within a three months of purchase.

• If for any reason the voucher holders are refused permission to enter a Harpers Fitness Club then no alternative will be offered.
